The August Training Camp prepares players for the season with three intense hours daily to sharpen skills and build endurance. The winter break camp keeps players ready for the second half of the season.
Both camps are for competitive or rep-level players who are very serious, featuring two hours of skill work followed by unstructured scrimmages to help players think for themselves and enjoy the game.
At LT7 Elite Basketball Training, our summer camps are designed to build skills and strong fundamentals in a fun, competitive environment.
We include drills like 1-on-1, FIBA 3-on-3, and situational practices. Players will work on game-like situations such as getting open, using their weak hand, drive-and-kick plays, passing, and finishing with decision-making.
Core focuses also include ball handling, shooting mechanics, defense, and rebounding. The camp is co-ed and features competition across different ages, encouraging players to challenge themselves, lose their egos about age and genders, and just enjoy the game.
We also have plenty of games to work on skills under pressure and have fun. College level experienced coaching!
