Training Camps Grades 5-8

New Summer Camp Coming 2025! Grades 3-9
Camp Structure:
- Hour 1: Plyometrics and physical conditioning
- Hour 2: Break and fun games (e.g., Bump, Shoot till Miss)
- Hour 3: Basketball skills (e.g., dribbling, shooting, finishing, passing, basketball IQ)
- Hour 4: Open scrimmage
Camp Goals:
- Challenge players with three hard hours each day
- Help players get back in shape and prepare for the second half of the season
- Focus on skill development, teamwork, and creative play
Scrimmage Focus:
- Play out of systems to encourage creativity
- Draw up plays on the go and adjust if they break down (free play after breakdown)
- Allow kids to play freely, make mistakes, and figure things out on the go
- Encourage players to think for themselves and enjoy the game
